I am an Award-winning sales professional that grew up in the inner city of Detroit. I graduated from Cass Technical High School as one of the Top 3% of all graduating seniors in Michigan along with full academic scholarships to two Universities and completed my Bachelors of Science in Psychology at Wayne State University. Little did I know how valuable my Psychology degree would be to me during my 15+ years career in sales. I was consistently a top performer in each role and I owe much of this to my understanding of Sales Psychology.
After leaving Pharmaceutical Sales and moving to GA in 2020, I decided to finally pursue Real Estate Sales. I just knew my 25 years of HGTV would make me
the best realtor ever! I quickly learned that actual real estate and TV are quite different and after a year of exploring multiple parts to real estate, I have found my passion in Investment properties and home staging.
I specialize in working with real estate investors by:
1. Offering investment property staging strategy to reduce upfront investment & increase profit margin.
2. Locating unique investment properties within high ROI locations.
3. Using social media marketing,
such as reels and providing templates to advertise new properties and bring in buyers.
