Timothy and Erica White are former defense engineers turned real estate investors whose goal is to provide quality, affordable housing throughout the Huntsville/Madison, AL area.  Tim and Erica first entered the world of real estate by renting out rooms in their houses on AirBnb.  Years later, they have now amassed a portfolio of over 30 properties and Timothy, along with his business partner, runs a private real estate company.  Both transplants to Madison, AL, Timothy is originally from Jackson, MS and Erica is from Detroit, MI. They plan to continue to expand their portfolio and continue creating financial freedom for themselves, their daughter, Eila, and others through real estate.
